thorough waste of fronts and end, our grappas rest for several years in the finest oak casks and in cherry, chestnut, almond,and French oak barriques until a total harmony of taste and fragrance preserving at the same time the floral and fruity notes, is achieved.<\/p><p>Our grappa are the result of a production process passed down with passion and wisdom from father to son to the current
